YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT
Clear work. Clear billing. Your control.
Updated October 17, 2026 · Version 2
Agreement version: betterlocalseo-service-v2-2026-10-17.
Better Local SEO is a service brand of DOYJO LLC. These terms explain our monthly programs, how work is authorized, and the responsibilities of both you and us. Your selected checkout and any specifically agreed written project scope identify the services you buy. A separate written project agreement controls where it expressly differs from these terms.
We use the Poyjo service platform, AI tools and authorized service operators to support analysis, onboarding, work records, approvals and reporting. Your account, service emails and reports use Better Local SEO branding.
1. Your selected program and separate projects
- Local SEO Management — $750 USD per month: Google Business Profile support, local service pages, service-page optimization, useful content, tracking and ongoing search improvements.
- Google Ads Management — $1,000 USD per month: search campaign management, conversion tracking, search terms, targeting, ad improvements and landing-page alignment. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google.
- Content Marketing — $1,000 USD per month: content strategy, writing, publishing, content refreshes, internal linking and measurement. Social sharing can be agreed as part of your priorities.
Each selected program covers one business. We agree priorities, work in manageable batches and review progress weekly, with detailed monthly reporting. Work is prioritized within the selected program and available capacity. A subscription does not buy unlimited tasks, a dedicated full-time worker, a fixed number of pages, or every service mentioned elsewhere on this site. Any specific deliverable quantity or deadline must be agreed in writing.
Website redesign and development is a separate custom project starting at $7,500. Scope, final price, payment schedule, milestones and acceptance are agreed separately before payment. A monthly program does not include or authorize a complete website redesign. Advertising spend, domains, hosting, paid tools, licenses and outside services are separate unless expressly included in your agreed scope. We obtain authorization before committing you to additional costs.
You must be an adult authorized to act for the business, provide accurate contact and billing details, and keep your account and sign-in links secure. If you represent another business, you must have its permission to supply information, grant access and approve work.
2. Payment and monthly renewal
Creating a free account, requesting analysis or submitting a project inquiry does not authorize recurring charges. Before starting a monthly program, checkout shows the selected program, amount, billing frequency and next renewal date. You must accept the current service terms and separately authorize the displayed initial payment and monthly renewals. A project invoice does not create a monthly subscription.
DOYJO LLC processes payments through Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Card details entered in account checkout go directly to Intuit; we retain secure payment references and masked card information. QuickBooks-hosted invoice payments follow the payment methods offered on that invoice. A request to pay, an invoice or a pending payment is not confirmation that funds were received.
The first monthly payment is due when you authorize your plan. Subsequent payments are charged monthly under the authorization shown at checkout until you cancel future renewals. We do not increase your authorized amount or add another paid program without further authorization. Uncertain payments are reconciled before another attempt. Your account records payment status, billing consent and service status.
Confirmed payment starts the paid service term and makes the program eligible for delivery. It does not grant website or Google access or approve all future changes. Complete onboarding promptly: access, accurate business information, required approvals and third-party availability affect when particular work can proceed. Tell us about a setup problem so we can agree the next step; do not assume a delayed task has canceled your subscription.
3. Cancellation, billing corrections and service concerns
Cancel future monthly renewals in Account before the next scheduled payment. Keep the cancellation confirmation. If you cannot access your account, contact hello@betterlocalseo.com promptly for help. Canceling future renewals does not reverse a payment already processed; confirmed paid service remains available through its paid term, subject to these terms.
Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund. Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, an unprovided service, or another refund request so we can review the records and an appropriate correction. This is not a waiver of rights or remedies required by applicable law. Separately scoped website projects follow their agreed project terms.
Tell us promptly if work is incorrect or a service is not being delivered as agreed, with enough detail to investigate. We will review the issue and discuss a correction or other appropriate resolution. We may pause affected work for nonpayment, missing or revoked access, a security concern, unlawful instructions or a material breach. We will explain the issue and a reasonable path to resolve it when lawful and practicable. A pause does not itself authorize new charges or erase any applicable refund obligation. If we end a program, we will stop future renewals and address any prepaid, unprovided service as appropriate under the agreement and applicable law.
4. Onboarding, access and recorded approvals
You retain control of your website, domain, business profiles and marketing accounts. Use platform invitations with appropriate permissions or an agreed protected access method. Do not put passwords, recovery codes, full card details or sensitive customer information into ordinary forms, reports or emails. We verify access before treating a connection as ready. Revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Payment alone does not authorize unrestricted publishing. Work follows your selected scope and recorded approvals. A specific action or an expressly approved ongoing task category may be authorized in your account or another agreed record. New scope, material revisions, significant website changes, business-profile changes, advertising launches and budget increases require the applicable approval before execution. Silence is not approval. Routine actions must remain within the permissions and scope you have actually granted.
We may use authorized people and automated agents to prepare or carry out approved tasks. Access checks, approval requirements and work records still apply. We record the change or version presented, the decision and the result. You are responsible for timely, accurate instructions and for reviewing business facts, prices, service areas, credentials and any regulated claims before approval. Approval does not excuse us from using reasonable care.
Missing information, permissions, approvals, platform reviews and third-party outages can delay work or change priorities. We will identify blockers in the service record. A monthly subscription is not an emergency response service or a promise of a fixed completion time unless separately agreed.
5. Your content, ownership and permitted use
You keep ownership of the business accounts and materials you provide. You grant us permission to access, use, edit and share those materials with authorized service providers only as needed to deliver the agreed service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to provide the material, including any customer data, images, reviews and trademarks.
Subject to payment and any separate written agreement, you may continue to use the completed content and changes we deliver for your business. Our pre-existing tools, methods, software and reusable templates remain ours or their respective owners’. Third-party software, stock assets and platforms retain their own licenses and terms. AI-assisted material may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection; exclusive ownership of an AI output is not promised.
Do not request impersonation, fabricated reviews or testimonials, misleading claims, unauthorized scraping or access, copyright infringement, unlawful discrimination or other prohibited activity. We may decline or pause such instructions and propose a legitimate alternative. We do not use your private account information in public case studies without permission.
6. AI, search results and third-party limitations
We provide the agreed service with reasonable care. SEO, content and advertising outcomes depend on your market, competition, website, budget, customer response, search algorithms and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a ranking, indexing date, traffic level, lead volume, sales, revenue, return on investment, profile verification or reinstatement, or visibility in AI-generated answers. Examples, past results, estimates and proposed benefits are not promises of your results.
AI may assist research, drafting, analysis, prioritization and reporting. Its output can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and requires review appropriate to the task. We do not promise error-free or unique output. Business, medical, legal, tax, financial and other regulated claims require your review and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified professional; our marketing service is not that professional advice.
Google, Intuit, OpenAI, hosting providers and other platforms operate independently. Their terms, account reviews, policies, pricing, API availability and outages can limit or interrupt work. Better Local SEO is not Google and does not control search engines or guarantee approval by any platform. References to third-party products do not imply their endorsement or a partnership unless expressly stated.
Unless separately agreed, the program does not include hosting, comprehensive backups, cybersecurity monitoring, disaster recovery or an uptime guarantee. We take appropriate precautions for agreed changes, but a marketing subscription is not a replacement for those services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give implied warranties beyond the express service commitments here, including a warranty that a particular commercial outcome will be achieved. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate materials or instructions you supply, unauthorized third-party changes, or platform failures outside our reasonable control, except to the extent our own breach or failure to use reasonable care contributes to the loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Reporting and evidence
Free analysis uses public pages and the details you supply. It does not establish private analytics, current rankings, revenue or conversion performance. Ongoing reports use available dated measurements and verified work records, explain missing information and distinguish completed work from measured outcomes. Tracking changes, consent choices, attribution limits and missing access can affect the figures. Estimates and projections are labeled; proposed work is not reported as completed.
8. Service emails, privacy and contact
We send sign-in, security, billing, cancellation and essential service messages. Routine progress updates, access reminders and reports are on by default and can be changed in Account. Turning off an optional email category does not cancel your program or renewals. Creating an account does not subscribe you to promotional marketing.
Replies to hello@betterlocalseo.com are routed for review and retained as needed with service records. An email sender name alone does not authorize a payment, ownership change or publishing. Additional verification may be required. See the Privacy Policy for data, AI providers, connected services, cookies, retention and your choices.
9. Changes and agreement records
New paid checkouts require explicit acceptance of the current agreement version. We retain the accepted version, document reference, account, checkout and acceptance time. Updating this page does not rewrite a prior acceptance, authorize a higher payment, expand publishing permissions or retroactively impose a new service scope. Material changes affecting an existing program will be communicated, with further agreement or billing authorization where required.
