Better Local SEO is a service brand of DOYJO LLC. We use the Poyjo service platform to support analysis, onboarding, work records, approvals and reporting. Your customer experience and service communications use Better Local SEO branding.
Your selected program
- Local SEO Management — $750 USD per month: Google Business Profile support, local service pages, service-page optimization, useful content, tracking and ongoing search improvements.
- Google Ads Management — $1,000 USD per month: search campaign management, conversion tracking, search terms, targeting, ad improvements and landing-page alignment. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google.
- Content Marketing — $1,000 USD per month: content strategy, writing, publishing, content refreshes, internal linking and measurement. Social sharing can be agreed as part of your priorities.
Each selected program covers one business. We agree priorities, work in manageable batches and review progress weekly, with detailed monthly reporting. The program is ongoing management within the stated scope, not an unlimited volume of work or a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Access, approvals, business facts and platform restrictions can affect timing.
Website redesign and development remains a separate custom project starting at $7,500. Project scope, price, payment schedule and delivery are agreed separately. Monthly service signup does not authorize or include a complete website redesign. Advertising spend, domain renewals and separately approved paid products are additional costs.
Payment and monthly renewal
Creating a free account or requesting analysis does not authorize a charge. At checkout you review the exact program, amount and renewal date, accept these terms, and separately authorize monthly payments. DOYJO LLC processes payments through Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Card details are sent directly to Intuit; our service retains secure payment references and masked card information.
Your first monthly payment is due when you authorize your plan. Following payments are charged monthly according to the authorization shown at checkout. We do not charge a higher amount without further authorization. An uncertain payment is held for reconciliation before another attempt. Payment confirmation and access requirements are shown in your account.
Cancellation and billing questions
You can cancel future monthly renewals in Account. Confirmed paid service remains available through its paid term. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for a payment already collected. Contact hello@betterlocalseo.com for a billing correction, refund request or disputed service issue; any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Custom website projects follow their separately agreed terms.
Your accounts, access and approvals
You confirm you are authorized to request service for the business. Keep ownership and access to your website, domain, business profiles and marketing accounts. Use platform invitations or an agreed protected access method; do not put passwords or payment information into ordinary forms, reports or emails. We verify access independently before treating setup as complete.
Meaningful website changes and publishing are guided by agreed scope and recorded approvals. A material revision returns for approval. Advertising launches and budgets require separate authorization. Your account records requests, the version presented, your decision and the work status.
Reports and measurement
Free analysis uses public pages and the details you supply. It does not establish private analytics, current rankings, revenue or actual conversion performance. Ongoing reports use available dated measurements and verified work records, explain missing information and distinguish completed work from measured outcomes. Projections and proposed benefits are not achieved results.
Service communications
We send sign-in, security, billing, cancellation and essential service messages. Routine progress updates, access reminders and reports are on by default and can be changed in Account. These settings do not subscribe you to promotional marketing. Replies to hello@betterlocalseo.com are routed for review; email sender details alone do not authorize payments, account ownership changes or publishing.
Privacy and help
Your contact, business, billing and service information supports your account, QuickBooks billing and delivery of the selected program. Account access is private.
