Business need
What needed to work better.
Create a public-facing content platform that can answer local questions, organize city and topic content, publish consistently, and support search discovery across national, local, weather, and community-interest topics without treating automation as a substitute for editorial responsibility.
Solution
How the path was improved.
DOYJO built a publishing system around the DOYJO Topic Writer WordPress plugin, interactive content, local hubs, weather tools, daily briefs, topic archives, and AI-assisted answer experiences. Topic Writer reads news and source material, authenticates what it can, looks for corroborating information, checks facts and signals, then evaluates the draft through a newspaper-editor lens before publication. Human research and review remain part of the process, while full automation is available when the publisher actively spot-checks output, manages sources, and remains accountable for the content.
Result
Why it mattered.
111Things shows what becomes possible when automation is paired with editorial review. The system publishes a researched, fact-checked, edited, and human-reviewed article approximately every 20 minutes, around the clock. The value is not volume alone; it is a publishing system that can keep producing useful, search-aware content while giving the publisher a practical way to monitor quality.
Automated, but human-reviewed
Speed still needs judgment.
Automated does not mean unattended. For 111Things, DOYJO Topic Writer helps read news, authenticate source material, look for corroborating information, fact-check, edit, and prepare articles. Human review remains part of the publishing standard. Full automation is within reach when the publisher actively spot-checks output and manages the publication like an editorial system.
